The well-kept, solid and biologically built vacation apartment - Wein- is located in a very quiet and yet central location on the outskirts of Berchtesgaden surrounded by forests and meadows.You can reach in a few minutes walk: the town center, the natural and adventure pool Aschauerweiher with Kneipp facility, located directly on the Trimmpfad with fitness trail and extensive network of hiking trails (Nordic walking, jogging, hiking), the cross-country skiing center and the ski jump. Environment description
The house is located in an absolutely quiet and yet central location. 15 minutes to the center of the village. Aschauerweiherbad and Trimmweg in the are in the immediate vicinity. In winter you can start right from the house on the cross-country ski trail Aschauerweiher.

The mentioned prices are plus spa tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from 7 - 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).

Arrival Description
Coming from the BAB Munich - Salzburg, drive via Bad Reichenhall to Bischofswiesen. Here, after the town center, follow the signs to Maria Gern. After about 1.5 kilometers you reach a fork in the road, here you drive straight on (service road) through the Rostwald. After 1.3 kilometers turn sharp left into Rostwaldstraße.Coming from Berchtesgaden you drive over the salt mine, the Salzburger Straße in the direction of the town center - town hall. From the town hall about 1.5 kilometers over the Doktorberg to the Rostwaldstraße.

Description of the accommodation
The apartment with its own entrance (approx. 42 sqm) has a cozy living room, a separate bedroom, pull-out couch in the living room, bathroom with shower and toilet, complete kitchen equipment with coffee maker, electric stove/oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as rich dining and cooking utensils, balcony, sunbathing lawn, satellite TV, radio, large parking lot in front of the house, non-smoking, child discount, crib on request, children's high chair, transfer service and small animals on request. Bed linen and towels are provided by Mrs. Wein free of charge. Final cleaning included.
