Unser Apartment in zentraler Lage befindet sich in der 12. Etage eines Apartmenthauses und bietet Platz für 1-3 Personen. Das Apartment ist voll ausgestattet und hat eine Größe von 31 qm. (Wohnzimmer 20 qm, sowie eine offene Küche mit Essbereich und Bad). An das Wohnzimmer schließt sich ein Balkon mit Sitzecke an. Ein PKW-Stellplatz befindet sich vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung befindet sich im gleichen Haus wir die Ferienwohnungen Deutz K4-K7 und K 28. Neu: Internet-WLAN Gratis! Köln Deutz ist ein Stadtteil nahe der Kölner Innenstadt bekannt durch die Köln Messe. Er grenzt an die Stadtteile Köln Humbold Gremberg, Köln Kalk, Köln Poll, Köln Buchforst und Köln Mülheim an. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 100 m entfernt. Die Lanxess Arena liegt 800 m von der Unterkunft entfernt. Zur Messe in Köln sind es nur 1500 m Köln. Zentrum ist 5000 m entfernt.
