In this area the little seaports of Porticello and Aspra and the town of Bagheria with its famous 18th century villas. At 50 mt from the house an access to Monte Catalfano, a natural park great for hiking and with a stunning view of the coast. The highway can be reached in 15-20 minutes and from there you are connected with several sights. The pictoresque Cefalù, the Greek Temples of Agrigento or Segesta, the medieval little towns of Madonie or even San Vito, Erice, and the area of Marsala and Trapani in the western end of Sicily. If you want to avoid using the car to arrive in Palermo, reach Bagheria or Santa Flavia Station, park your car and arrive in the city in 10-15 minutes.

It’s advisable to have a car because the closest centre is 3 km away but if you like to walk it takes 20 minutes and you can get a feel of the town. A direct access to the rocky coast is beside the property.
