Suitable for 8 people, this flat is only 350 metres from the centre of the popular village of Westendorf. The flat is located on the ground floor. The cosy living room has a comfortable seating area and a sofa bed for 2 people. From here you have a nice view over Westendorf and the ski slope. The open-plan kitchen is modern and has every comfort. In summer, you can sit outside on the large terrace and there is also a private garden
Westendorf is in the middle of the Kitzbüheler Alpen and right at the entrance to the Brixental. A few kilometres away, you can reach the town of Kitzbühel. Westendorf is part of the well-known ski area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. The area has almost 300 kilometres of pistes. This is also an ideal area for cross-country skiers; there are perfectly prepared cross-country trails that lead you to the most beautiful spots.
In summer, there are many opportunities for hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. Summer cable cars take you to the gentle grassy mountains of the Kitzbüheler Alpen. There are many fun excursion destinations in the mountains. But want to take a break? Then head to one of the cosy mountain huts. When temperatures rise, you can cool down in the mountain lakes and public swimming pools of the Brixental

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
Kitzbühler Alpen Gästekarte is included with stay from January to December.
