We are a breath away from the sea. Decorated with high res prints of Modern Art, this lovely house is fully equipped and will provide you the best stay for your vacations.


The building was constructed in the late 70's and the apartment, which lies in the forth floor (accessed by elevator).


The apartment is 90 s.q. with a 30 s.q. of veranda. There is a spacious living room with a really comfortable double sofa bed and a single sofa bed which can be used as beds. Also a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.


Each of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and a big closet. Bed linen, towels, the bath amenities and all electric devices are provided. The balcony with the amazing sea view will offer you the completely ideally relaxation who everyone needs in the vacations .


The house is ideal for families, couples or friends who want to spend their holidays in a beach side apartment, in one of the most elegant areas of Athens. The nearest beach is Glyfada A Beach is less than 200 meters and a thousant meters the Glyfada Golf Club of Athens. During summer time the coast line of Glyfada, Voula & Vouliagmeni areas are very popular choice for swimming , walking and dinning.


Located close to the sea we are enjoying the fresh sea breeze in the summer time compared to the more warm center but most important away from any traffic jams and all the demonstrations that take place in the center of Athens. The apartment is very close to a pharmacy, banks and public transport. Agios Kosmas Marina is 200 meters away! For those who don't want to lose their training can enjoy the track of the 'Agios Kosmas' stadium.


Elliniko is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away. There is a direct bus to and from the airport (X96) and it is 70 meters from the apartment, also the Tram (towards Athens, Pireaus, Voula, Glyfada Center ect) is also 70 meters away.


The apartment is fully air conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you hot water 24/7.


Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed top quality sheets. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single one of you.
