This holiday home invites you to spend your holidays in peace, but close to the center of Zoutelande. The house is shielded from the main road. The living room with open kitchen and dining area offers space for the entire group. The kitchen has a dishwasher, filter coffeemachine, oven and microwave. The atmospheric fireplace invites you to enjoy after a strenuous day. Through the patio doors you walk into the large screened garden. Here you can enjoy playing with various playground equipment. One bathroom has two showers and two sinks. There is also an enclosed toilet. The second bathroom is suitable for disabled people, in it there is a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a double bedroom. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedroom with 5 single beds each. A second bedroom with 2 singlebeds. Groups are not allowed, only families.

The holiday home is completely car-free, fenced below the dunes; the highest in the Netherlands. How nice is it to have the largest playground nearby ?! You park the cars on your own property. You are in the pleasant center of Zoutelande within 10 minutes walking distance. Youth and groups are not allowed.

Surroundings
The beach is literally within walking distance, you can hear the sea rustling! Add to that the most hours of sunshine per year and a holiday on the beach in Zoutelande is a party! The center of Zoutelande is reachable within a few minutes by bike and offers a diverse range of restaurants, shops, souvenir shops, a bicycle rental and a fresh bakery. The mundane Domburg is half an hour by bike, just like Middelburg with its many monuments.
