The cottage is only in this unique location for a few months a year so the sanitary facilities are not permanent, nevertheless the cottage is equipped with all the necessary comforts. You will experience it all in this beach hut accommodation on the white sandy beach of Dishoek. A beach experience never to be forgotten!
Accommodation
The beach house has a fresh and sleek interior and the clever layout gives you a very spacious feeling. This feeling is further emphasised by the large glass front that can also be opened up completely. The front terrace and the inside of the house become one; an ultimate feeling of freedom! The terrace is 7 square metres and there is a shade cloth that partially covers the terrace.
There is a sitting area with a sofa at the front of the house. During your stay, you can use the Wi-Fi on the beach. Next to the cosy seating area is the spacious open-plan kitchen. The kitchen has a countertop with ample work space and is equipped with a gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine (filter and Nespresso), kettle and toaster. Opposite the kitchen sink is a spacious cabinet wall with lots of storage options, so you can always keep the house tidy and enjoy your holiday in peace.
The beach hut accommodation has a double bed (160x200 cm) and you will find 3 single beds (90x200 cm) on the mezzanine. The two skylights give you a wonderful spacious feeling here as well. The simple bathroom is equipped with a shower and basic toilet, there is no sewage system on the beach so sanitation is slower and works differently than usual. The rear terrace (3½m2) can be accessed from both outside and inside and is very private. Two comfortable beach chairs and a shade cloth are provided. The rear terrace also provides access to the separate shower room. When renting the beach house, you can make use of the parking permit; this allows you to park one vehicle in the car park free of charge. A handy collapsible wagon is available in the accommodation for transporting luggage.
Surrounding area
The beach hut accommodation is on Dishoek beach, one of the most popular beaches in Zeeland. The beautiful white sandy beach is well maintained and has various facilities, such as a lifeguard, showers, and lounger and parasol rental. Optimal facilities increase the level of convenience and thus the holiday enjoyment of the many guests. Right next to the beach is the charming beach pavilion Kon Tiki, where there is always a lively atmosphere. Here you can enjoy delicious food, drinks and a relaxed atmosphere. The various, cosy beach pavilions complete the beach — and your holiday. For the daily necessities you do not have to go far from your beach hut either, the nearest supermarket is just 200 metres behind the beach dunes.
