It is possible to park for free in the surrounding streets or for a fee at the Saba car park a few minutes away (open 24/7).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C


PLEASE NOTE

For check ins after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:


* after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro;

* after 23 until midnight there is a surcharge of 30 Euro;

* after midnight and until 1,30 there is a surcharge of 40 Euro

Sorry but it's not possible to check in after 1,30.

If you travel by car, it is possible to park near the property (NOT GUARANTEED) or for a fee at the Saba Campo car park, just an 11-minute walk from the apartment.


The tourist tax not included in the rate, will be withdrawn in cash upon arrival, is € 2,00 per night per person.
