The space

The apartment of about 75 square meters is located on the floor -1 of a residential complex (you have to go down a flight of stairs).

BATHROOM with shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC.

PRIVATE PATIO furnished with table, chairs and two deck chairs;


Shared swimming pool available for guests (it can be used from 8-13, 15-20, in the months from June to October, no disturbing noises must be made between 13-15 and after 20)


PRIVATE PARKING: an outdoor parking space in the condominium courtyard (unassigned) and garage (5x2.80mt)


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, underfloor central heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C
