Located within the famous marinas of Deauville, with no overlooked views, and arranged over 3 levels (triplex), this superb contemporary apartment features a balcony/terrace with sea and beach views, 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 with bunk beds), and 2 bathrooms (including one with a double shower). It is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.


With a maximum capacity of 6 people, the apartment is composed as follows

- On the first level: A spacious living area with a balcony/terrace (equipped with an outdoor table with 2 chairs) offering a panoramic view at 180° between land and sea, a fully equipped open kitchen with a central island that can accommodate up to 8 people, and a living room equipped with a Smart TV;

- For the sleeping area, on the second level, you will find: 1 beautiful bedroom with a Queen size bed (160x200cm) offering a view of the Touques and the port of Trouville sur Mer, a bedroom equipped with 2 single bunk beds, and a very beautiful and spacious bathroom with a shower, Italian-style;

- On the top level: a master suite equipped with a King size bed (180 x 200 cm), a bathroom with double showers, and a separate toilet;

- A resting and working space is also available, ideal for travelers wishing to work remotely.


The location is idyllic for those who want to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being in a quiet area (5 minutes walk from the city center and the casino).


Provided for your convenience: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washer dryer, dishwasher, etc...

Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.


Upon request, a private outdoor parking space can be provided for the duration of your stay.


LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10pm and 7am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank deposit in case of overflow or damage. We thank you for your understanding.

When staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.



##Interaction


We will be delighted to welcome you personally to our apartment. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover as smoothly as possible. We wish you an excellent stay with us!



##Neighborhood


Our apartment is located in the heart of the Deauville marinas, in a secure luxury residence. It is located a 10-minute walk from Deauville-Trouville SNCF train station.



##Notes


Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.


Check-in: Physical check-in will be between 4pm and 8pm. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to organize the key handover.


Check-out: Between 8am and 11am.


We do our best to provide you with a quality welcome. Please be as precise as possible about your arrival times and inform your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will be charged 20 euros, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.


If you arrive after 10:30 pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution, so please inform us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.


A valid ID may be requested upon entry. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.


If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
