Through the hall, you step into the spacious living room, characterised by its special height, beautiful wooden beams and huge windows. The living room is spacious, but cosy and comfortable thanks to the natural materials and warm furnishings. A cosy seating area with a spacious corner sofa, separate armchair and practical coffee tables has been created near the television. Central in the living room is the staircase to the second floor between the living and dining area. The spacious dining table with seating for 6 has comfortable chairs. From the entire living room you have views of the spacious garden and terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need, such as a hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine and kettle. Via the stairs in the living room you reach the second floor. Here you will find two of the three bedrooms. Both bedrooms on this floor are equipped with two single beds (80x200cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom on this floor includes a walk-in shower, sink and towel radiator. There is also a separate toilet.  The third bedroom is located on the ground floor. This bedroom contains two single beds (80x200cm) and has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin. Like the rest of the ground floor, the bedroom and bathroom have underfloor heating. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. From the living room you step onto the terrace (16m2) which is partly covered, the garden (300m2) is completely enclosed so even very small children can play outside to their heart's content and there is a lovely garden set and two lounge beds to relax and enjoy the outdoors. For extra comfort, there is a washing machine and dryer, so after a long beach day you can freshen up your towels and swimwear for the next beach day. Travelling with small children? The house has both a cot and a highchair. The driveway of the house has space to park two cars.
