This comfortable holiday home is located on the edge of the forest, 600 meters from Helminghausen, in a quiet, idyllic setting and yet close to the popular ski areas. Willingen is nine kilometers away and Winterberg is only a 30-45 minute drive away. If you like comfort and a natural and beautiful environment, then this holiday home is your ideal destination!
The living room has a modern sofa, satellite TV, hi-fi system, DVD player, books, CDs, DVDs and a fireplace for many pleasant hours.
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and everything that should be missing in a good kitchen (spices, coffee filters, dishwashing liquid, tea towels, blender, etc.).
The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and a second bedroom with a bed of 140 x 200. A cot can be placed separately.
The holiday home has a relatively steep staircase.


Particularities
For a weekend stay until Sunday afternoon you can receive a EUR 50 discount on the rental price. If the additional persons are between 3 and 10 years old, you do not pay EUR 10 but EUR. €5 per day extra. Children under 3 years old are free. If you would like to take advantage of these discounts, you can indicate this in the comments field when booking. We will then adjust this on the invoice.

Surroundings
Marsberg is located in the Sauerland, one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany. Very attractive because it is relatively close, but also because it offers a completely different landscape. The varied low mountain range with its high peaks and deep valleys is very attractive in all seasons, and also Nature Park Diemelsee (where just about all water sports can be practised) absolutely invites to be discovered. Nearby castles and caves are also worth a visit and perfect for a family outing. Would you also like to spend a day at an (amusement) park with the kids?
