Quietly located and about four minutes' walk from the beach, you will find this cosy studio. A perfect base to explore Zoutelande and its surroundings. Zoutelande is a nice place to be all year round. In the summer months, you can enjoy long beach days. Zoutelande beach faces south and has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. In winter, the studio is a fine starting point for long beach walks and hot chocolate on one of the charming terraces. In Zoutelande's main street, you will find a neighbourhood supermarket, bike rental and several cosy shops and restaurants.

Layout
This 2-person studio is stylishly and attractively furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen with Senseo coffee machine, free wireless internet (WiFi) and digital TV. The studio also has central heating, a separate toilet and a bathroom with walk-in shower. You can sleep on a comfortable box spring. The bed is even wonderfully made for you on arrival. Living, cooking and sleeping in one room. The garden is spacious, south-facing, has a covered terrace with lounge set and a shed for storing bicycles. Cars can be parked in front of the studio in the private car park. Renting the studio includes bath and bed linen.

The famous beach of the pleasant town of Zoutelande is located in the south of Walcheren and is also the only beach in the Netherlands facing south. Zoutelande is located in the middle of various nature reserves. Through these beautiful natural surroundings you can follow various cycling and hiking routes.
