This luxurious and attractive holiday home is located at the foot of the dunes and within walking distance of the cozy center of Zoutelande. The house was built in 2013 and is suitable for 4 persons, has its own parking and is fully equipped. You also have a spacious, enclosed wooded garden (230 m2) with lots of privacy and a south-facing terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day long. You will soon feel at home in this holiday home, a guarantee for a well-deserved holiday by the sea.
It is in a prime location only 300 meters from the North Sea and the beach. You are within walking distance of the promenade, the village center and the beach. The area is ideal for relaxation in the form of beach recreation, water sports, hiking and cycling. On the sea side is the promenade of Zoutelande, which turns into a footpath over the dunes, along Groot-Valkenisse and Dishoek to Vlissingen.
The view over Walcheren and the sea, where many sea-going vessels pass close to the coast, makes this walk an experience. Behind the promenade is the shopping street with various nice shops and cozy terraces. Come and enjoy a well-deserved holiday on the Zeeland Riviera.
