Hausboot als Urlaubsdomizil. Der Urlaub auf einem Hausboot auf dem Wasser ist wirklich das ultimative Urlaubserlebnis. Etwas außerhalb des friesischen Wassersportdorfes Grou finden Sie dieses schöne und gepflegte Hausboot an einem ruhigen Ort im offenen Wasser.
Classification: The houseboat has a neat interior and is fully equipped. From the living room but also from the terrace you have a beautiful view over the water and the surrounding country. The ark has 3 bedrooms, a fresh bathroom and a complete kitchen with various appliances. The shed has a washing-drying combination and an extra fridge. Behind the houseboat, there is plenty of playing space for children. From Grou, you can reach the houseboat by ferry. A short distance from the ark is a parking place for your car. After a few minutes' walk, you will arrive at your holiday home.
Surroundings: During the summer months, the water sports village of Grou is bustling with tourists. There is a possibility to bring your own boat (renting a boat is also possible) and moor at the jetty near the ark. You can fully enjoy the Pikmeer from your holiday home or explore the many picturesque villages in the area by bike. In the cosy village of Grou, there are nice markets during the summer months. From this rustic village, you can take a beautiful trip on a traditional Frisian Skutsje. The Frisian cities of Sneek and Leeuwarden (with some nice museums) are certainly worth a visit. Are you coming with your children? Then don't forget to visit the Kameleondorp in Terhorne. In Grou, you will find a supermarket, bakery, butcher, pubs and restaurants with terraces, bank and a boat and bike rental.
No more dogs are allowed in the houseboat. There is no smoking inside. Tip: the woonark does not have an exact address but please take the ferry across the canal at waterpark Yn e Lijte and call the hostess shortly before arrival. The woonark is situated at Het Burd opposite waterpark Yn e Lijte in Grou. The houseboat is not available for long term rental.
