Cocoonr/Book&pay offers this charming 100 m² house with private swimming pool for rent in Urmatt, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 4,000 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
First floor
- A 30 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, pellet stove (pellets included for the living room) and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

- On the landing, small sitting area
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bathroom with bathtub, double basins and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: ping-pong table, barbecue, washing machine, cot, high chair, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 6.30 m x 3.50 m private oval pool, unheated, equipped with a secure cover system. Available from June to September. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change.
- A beautiful 4,000 m² garden to enjoy in fine weather
- 25 m² terrace with garden furniture
The house is ideally located in the heart of a peaceful forested area. A 10-minute walk from the village center, with mini-market, bakery and butcher's shop. Pharmacy accessible in neighboring villages: Lutzelhouse or Oberhaslach (5 minutes by car).
Activities :
Nearby activities: horse riding, mountain biking, fishing, hiking, tree climbing, visiting waterfalls, exploring the Struthof site and memorial, Christmas market, discovering the Donon.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot. For up to 8 vehicles. Garage available on request for motorcycles and bicycles.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Mullerhof Urmatt station 5 min. walk, Urmatt main train station 15 min. walk
- Nearest airport: Entzheim/Strasbourg airport 20 min.
