The garden is generously laid out with a waterside deck and features a Jacuzzi and Kamado barbecue. On the ground floor are the garden-oriented living room with open kitchen equipped with Siemens appliances, a separate toilet and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are a second and third bedroom, as well as a second bathroom and second separate toilet. There is also a sauna on the first floor. One of the showers is equipped with a Sunshower. There are two parking spaces at the property.
