Via the private staircase you enter the hall of the apartment. Stylishly furnished living room and modern open kitchen. The cozy sitting area is equipped with a Smart TV with foreign channels. Next to the sitting area are the patio doors to the spacious balcony with garden furniture. The modern open kitchen has, among other things, a ceramic hob, combi microwave, coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and a toaster. There are two bedrooms, one with a luxurious en-suite bathroom with shower and sink. Both bedrooms have a Smart TV. The first bedroom has a double box-spring combination, the second bedroom has two single box-spring beds. There is also a cot and high chair available. A parking space is available in a covered, guarded parking garage.
