Upon entering the studio, you’ll find a designated area on the left-hand side for storing your outer clothing and footwear. Directly opposite, there is a fully equipped bathroom, featuring a shower, basin, and toilet, along with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Moving forward, on the right-hand side, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine, and kettle, providing everything you need for a hassle-free cooking experience. Just opposite the kitchen, in the open living area, there is a dining table, perfect for enjoying meals or working remotely. This space also includes a comfortable sofa bed, a king-size bed, and a spacious wardrobe for your belongings. Large windows in both the living room and kitchen area allow plenty of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
One of the highlights of this studio is its own private patio—an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind with a book, or relax outdoors in complete privacy.

Guests can enjoy a shared garden, ideal for relaxing in the fresh air or hosting a barbecue in a peaceful setting. For those seeking extra relaxation, the building features a sauna—a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The sauna is available for 35€ per day, and to ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask for bookings at least one day in advance. Additionally, private parking is conveniently located right in front of the building for a hassle-free arrival.

Reaching the apartment is simple and convenient, whether you’re arriving by plane, train, car, or public transportation.

For those arriving by air, Leipzig/Halle Airport (LEJ) is the closest airport, located about 15 km from the apartment. From the airport, you can take the S-Bahn (S5 or S5X) to Leipzig Hauptbahnhof (Central Station), then transfer to a tram or bus for the short ride to the apartment. Alternatively, taxis and ride-sharing services are available at the airport for a direct and hassle-free transfer.

For those coming by train, Leipzig Hauptbahnhof is well-connected to regional and international destinations. From the station, tram and bus services provide an easy connection to the apartment.

If arriving by car, private parking is available directly in front of the building, making it hassle-free for guests traveling with their own vehicle.
